I need some help, my MC21 would not spark.
How can I test that my PGM3 is working fine?

Plug it into another bike is the only real way.

You get no spark from either plug?

Maybe the PGM III unit is OK
Check other things like
signal from pulse coils
measure the ohms in ignition coils on HT and LT side.
check the ground spots on bike.
Charge the battery.
and so on. wish you luck
