MC21 Swing Arm Pivot Assembly

What is the correct order of components for the MC21 swingarm pivot. In the parts diagram most parts are shown in order but items 14, 19, and 22 are not. Can anyone tell me from right to left what the correct order is? Thanks.

Parts 14, 19, and 22 are in the correct order... but they are for the suspension linkage pivot on the underside of the swingarm.
