Which model change had the extra oil feed to the crank from the (bottom of the) oil pump ?

I assume there are other differences are there between MC16/18/21/28 cases as the 21 crank wont fit in the 18 cases without work

The late MC21s and MC28s had the extra oil feed.

Most cases from 1992- have the extra feed.

It's not so cut'n'dried as that though. I think the 1992 SE was built on a 1991 crankcase, so should be checked.

All MC21 and MC28 (1990~1997) cranks are interchangeable.
