RC Valves Setting MC16

Can anyone out there give me any advise on how to set up the exhaust valves on my MC16? Read something on the MC18 but think it could be slightly different, many thanks.

It's the same set up as a MC18 R2J if that's what you're looking at.

I would recommend buying the service manual from Charles.
Click on market place and follow link until market place site is up and running again.
I bought one and it's well worth the money.
