OEM grease on bearings

Hi all,

In the process of replacing my swingarm bearings. I've noticed the Honda OEM bearings come pre-packed with grease.
Just wondering what the general consensus is...do you normally install with the OEM grease? or repack with a better quality one?

One thing to keep in mind is, I am told, some bearings come with grease that is only intended to keep the bearings from rusting while in their packaging. I am told this grease is supposed to be removed and the bearings repacked with proper grease. Not sure about Honda swingarm bearings, but I'm sure someone will speak up.

Makes sense....better safe than sorry. Guess I'll just clean and repack with some good waterproof grease.
