While out riding, after 25 miles, bike cut out. Stopped turned off and back on and all appeared ok, turned around to go home but cut out again 5 miles later. The engine will start but have no confidence to go out for a run so did some checks,
RC cables not tight, battery perfect, all connections appear good, TPS checked, GPS checked, kill switch checked, all electrics work perfectly.
The RC valve now sweeps when turning ignition on and the oil pump solenoid energises but not every time.
I have done around 300 miles since rebuild with no problems at all.

Any advise please,

After spending all day with a multimeter, eventually traced the fault to a poor connection. The wire splice had been done using a scotch lock?? and this was the problem. New wire and soldered together, should last now.
