I'm seeking for MC18 dry clutch seal part No : 91204KV3781 ( 68 X 84 X 8 ) to complete my engine build.
Does any one have ?? or could look if could source this seal for me in stock somewhere ???
Maybe a used good MC18 cover included this seal in good condition ???
I just need this seal to close my engine , but it seems that this seal for MC18 is NLA from Honda
if someone can source a good clutch assy for me MC18 included this seal ???
Another solution does any onw know if I could fit clutch assy from MC21 in order to use exisitng seal from Honda 69 X 84 X 8 partn No : 91204KV3841
which is available in order to complete my build ,
Hi petros, iam sure that seal 91204 kv3 841 will fit your clutch without the need to fit an mc21 clutch, as i'm sure they are both the same clutches, but someone else will be along to confirm if iam right or wrong. _________________ Proud Father of , 05 ktm 400exc supermoto 2018 honda crf rx supermoto

Thank you for your reply , in reallity here is how it goes :
For MC18 SP dry clutch seal part No : 91204KV3781 and measures 68 X 84 X 8 which unfortunately is NLA from Honda.
For MC21 dry clutch seal part No : 91204KV3841 and measures 69 X 84 X 8 this part is still available from Honda.
So if you fit the MC21 seal to MC18 then oil will escape as bigger in dimension 69 from 68 .
I think I was able to source one though !!!! MC18 is becomming very rear and Honda has gave up on these wonderful bikes
Ah i see now, i had misread the dimensions, lucky you have sourced one, good luck with it. _________________ Proud Father of , 05 ktm 400exc supermoto 2018 honda crf rx supermoto
If you search on yahoo japan through noppin and type in nsr250 mc18 sp in the search or nsr250 mc18 seal/sticker you may find one. It invloves a lot of searching but there is always new old stock turning up.
For example, there are two 88 mc18 right crank shaft seals at auction which are also discontinued.
You will however have to register with the auction agent and bid for the item and incur additional charges. It all comes down to how much you really want the item.
