Hi, and thank you for looking at my question.

A simple one here, has anyone any advice on cleaning up the riders seat on the MC21?

Cheers
Max

Is it just grubby or does it have over spray on it like mine? If it’s just grubby then muc-off and a toothbrush works well. If it’s over spray then I’ll let you know later this week! 😄

OOOh I like the look of Elbow Grease...it's just coated with contaminants, probably mostly oil and grease.
Does anyone know what the seat material is? It's a bit rubbery or maybe a vinyl?

Zeus: luckily no paint on mine...you could try some acetone (WARNING: given I don't even know what the seat is made of please check before using acetone in a small non-visible area!)

Just for anyone in the future. I removed the over spray with 1200 wet and dry (an old blunt piece) with lots of water. Came up like new.

Chris.

In the end I used some T-cut and effort and it has come up OK...I didn't want to take it back to brand new so I have left a little patina on, it's much more in keeping than where it started from.
