Dent in NXA frame

Hello I might possibly buy an NXA but noticed as dent in the frame on the right side and a smaller dent on the left. Is this normal?

Other than that, it has a fresh engine, and a spare crank but I'm a mostly concerned about the dent.

Every NXA Frame I've seen has these 'dents' in the side rails
