Visually they both look identical, run the same flywheel etc, can the F3 one be transplanted into the NF5 ? Anyone with any knowledge ?

What i have seen is that the RS has a separate middle seal
The mc21 HRC crank has a seal in the bearing

I think the mc16 or old mc18 will be closer
