LF: NSR250 MC-18 or MC-21

Hi,
I'm looking to purchase a nice NSR250 from 1988 to 1990 either in North America, or willing to ship to Canada. It can be legally imported, I know all the import laws, which is why it cant be newer than 1990 (actually current month, 1990 date of manufacture).

Please email me with any bikes you guys know about.
I'm currently riding a 2001 CBR600 F4i (for sale) but had a chance to ride a friends RZ350 and another's 250 gamma and now i'm hooked on 2strokes!

thanks a lot,
Mike

Hi,
thanx for the tips.. that one in virginia looks alright, might consider bidding on it on ebay. as for the ones in HK, i'm not opposed to saving some money and possibly having to do some engine work, one of my good friends builds 2strokes (mostly snowmachines, some moto-x).

as far as the rz500, that's mean but a little older than i want,
and i'm slightly biased towards hondas Twisted Evil

but i bet she screams!!

You could also go for rgv if you cannot find an nsr as they do not come up for sale very often

Well, if an RGV is anything like the RS250 I briefly owned (& I suspect so, same motor), it is a PITA on the street. 1K rpm powerband at the top of the dial. You find yourself wanting to be there & getting into big (ticket)
trouble quickly.

Whichever, you buy, get an NSR! It is rideable on the street. Just gives
bigger grins up top, not no grins/cussin' down there.

Mike, did you get my PM, as I am the owner of the VA MC18?

Crystal
