As I am refurbishing my MC21 I repainted the lettering on the choke, the ignition and Run/Stop switch. I have no moved onto the black bit that extends out from the fuel valve. With is the piece that you grab and turn to change the fuel valve from ON/RES/OFF. What I can't seem to get a good idea of is if the lettering on that was ever painted and if so what colors the different words are supposed to be. Any help would be much appreciated.

The part number for an MC21 fuel valve extension is 16963-KAZ-000. I have a new one still in the Honda bag and the lettering is not painted. I have an older extension on my bike,I painted the recessed area of the lettering, it looks fine.

Thanks. Looks like the preious owner painted the letters but it has, for the most part, faded. I wanted to freshen it up and will just pick some colors.
