Rm125 wossner pistons......

Fri Apr 28, 2017 6:45 am » Post: #1 » Download Post

Hey guys, got a 1989 nsr mc16e. Piston has blown up and looking to replace. The bikes got bigger carbs and has been ported. The pistons I found on ebay (mitaka I think) might be a bit crap for the bike? So was looking at putting the 00-03 rm125 wossner pistons in it. What ones do i get as there was sine different size ones on the website and is there any other mods I need to do to fit them?

Cheers!

Honda no mark pistons are still available. Are you trying different pistons for performance?

We can do "no mark" pistons for £75.65ea (Approx NZ$145ea) + shipping.

Please note the exchange rate can fluctuate a bit at the moment!

A, "no mark", and C pistons are all showing available on the Honda system again now. A pistons are approx £12.50 more expensive (each) than "no mark" and C.

I honestly wouldn't bother with RM pistons. Our SP motors average 65~66rwhp with OEM twin ring pistons, and get great mileage.

Awesome cheers Andy! What is the difference between 'a' 'no mark' and 'c' pistons? Do you have a website to purchase off or can you set up a paypal for me? Cheers

Slightly different sizes, corresponding with different cylinder barrels, some good info in this thread: http://nsr250.net/forums/viewtopic.php?p=39364

BTW do Honda still manufacture these or do they just have old stock kicking about?
