Looks like the whole crank assembly is still available 13000-KV3-950 for around $600 _________________ Why do things simply when you can complicate them

I guess the big difference is that the MC28 crank can be rebuilt.
If Silvers are showing them, the guys at GT Performance should also be able to help you out.
Have website for gt performance
Really don’t want to buy another crank since I just spent 400 on bearings and seals
Just need the rods and rod bearings
The funny thing is people are getting rods and rod bearings but not saying from where

That's a sickener, I understand your position. I guess you just went ahead without checking crank availability. I'd have probably done the same.
Just goes to show, always worth checking first.
Sorry, I can't help with your specific question, but again, I'd speak to GT performance. _________________ If it ain't broke, fix it until it is.
You may have been overcharged slightly for the bearings , after you have bought new rods and all the bearings and pay for a rebuild there is not much difference in the final price . What condition are your pins in ?
Samarin in Spain sell the rods with big end bearings and thrust washers _________________ NSR300

Just got a crank from GT. It came in just a few days. Good people over there. On a side note. I've done some searching but found nothing on why the rods are different from each other on the new mc21 crank. Seems the mag side rod is different in the crank pin thrust washer area.
