After the sucess of the Dyno-Day...

We have a plan! It's a plan so cunning, you could pin a tail on it and call it a weasel! Smile

In around 6-8 weeks time, we propose to hold an NSR meeting for all us "Southerners"! Smile We figure that the Swindon area is the best place, so Dave Ett (by virtue of the fact we have all decided he needs to pay a forfeit for the abysmal adjustment of his RC Valves this weekend!!) is hereby volunteered to start making arrangements!!! Laughing

We are hoping for confirmations from the following, and no "Binka's" (that's "excuses", for anyone who doesn't know!) for not joining in! Very Happy

Dave Ett - obviously!
David Clarke
David Reynolds
Jeff Williamson
Wayne Barnett
Jamie Kellard
NSR.Babe!!! (Come on Babe, time we knew your name!!)
Tom Hofton
Leigh Frost
Nigel Moss
StephenRC45
Bill Limb
Myself
Billy Monkey
Fontyyy

That would make 15 for a start, so who's game for that? 6-8 weeks time, in or around Swindon! Yee-ha!! Laughing

Even though you neglected to include me in the Sarfeners list Andy Wink I'll say that I'm free for the 1st 2 weeks in August... So 8 weeks time.

Gutted I missed out on Llandow/Dyno-day so now in need of meeting fellow NSR junkies! Crying or Very sad

It looks as if the date will be the weekend of 30th July, as I will be leaving for my holiday on the 7th or 8th August!

30th July is nearly the first week in August!! Wink

Count me in too. Will it be an NSR thing, or just a lash up?

Glad u all had fun and well done to Andy for organising it.

Sorry Binka, it was very "last minute" and Stephen and I made sure to tuck it in as neat as possible and put everything back exactly as you left it.

I will try to find another home for it in the next couple of days but will get it out of your way whatever.

As for the dyno... if you'd kept your word, it'd only have cost you £15!

Erm, fine. Love to!

There's a few fine roads round here, and I led a group from the 400GreyBike site round last summer. On the FJ heh heh! Laughing

I'm supposed to be going to a wedding on the 31st though, is this a whole weekend thing? Do you all wanna come? Shocked

As long as you're all law abiding citizens, I can PROBABLY arrange a tour of the airbase too, for those interested in the Fat Albert...

A tour of the airbase eh?... Can we bring a speed radar and "borrow" a runway?! Wink Laughing

I'd like to make it a weekend thing, but if we could arrange to either stay in/around Swindon on the Friday night, we could do a ride-out on the Saturday. Even if you can't be around for the Sunday, we can still arrange something if we can find a suitable (cheap!!) B&B or something!

Check your PM's.

On the subject of the runway, Lyneham bike club are trying to organise an airfield day, with the police speed camera in attendance.

It'll be sometime in July if it comes off...
