I need a little help here....
Just bought NSR250 PGM IV....and im totally new regards to this bike
Test the bike and it has a engine cutoff at 180km/h...
so whats the issue here?
Is there any step by step information for me to overcome these issue?
Ive read bout the wire splice + HRC card....
So...by doing that...does it overcomes everything and hit above 180km/h?
or....i still need to do some other adjustments?
