Hi all looking for some advise after full rebuild on my bike she runs really well on tick over and will rev ok when stationary it has had wiring mod done Pgm unit
Also it has the later carbs TA22 fitted with standard jetting
I think original carbs should be TA21A?
Bike has standard air filter with no holes drilled In Air box
When you ride bike it just will not pull not sure if fuel or electrical problem
Please help Smile

TA21 and TA22 share the same casting, but are different internally. They will need setting up specifically; not just with MC18 R5K jetting.

Personally, I would say you are better off just sourcing a set of the correct TA21A carbs.

Thanks for that it ticks over loverly and idles well revs great when stationary but when you ride it as soon as you get up past 3/4000 rpm it stutters Iam not sure it’s fueling promblem
Previous owner must of changed carbs when I got it it didn’t have air filter in but that did not make a difference
