Good day all,

I am rebuilding my MC16 after many years apart and am stuck on the wiring loom bracket shown in the picture.



I know it goes somewhere near the clock or head tube.

Would anyone be able to guide me into its position or orientation.

A picture would be wonderful if anyone has one handy or a bike available.
