Alternate rear brake disc for MC28?

Looks like EBC MD1111 works but does anyone know of another disc that fits? Would like to get a lighter weight wave rotor if possible. Checked a few other modern Hondas but bolt spacing is off. 220mm disc with 4 bolt pattern and 78mm spacing. Much thanks.
