After a 16 year hiatus I've another MC21

So after selling my MC21 to Rich G http://nsr250.net/forums/garage.php?mode=view_vehicle&CID=62 back in 2009 I needed another 2 stroker to tinker with. I managed to buy the following bike in Feb 2023:

It was completely stock, so obviously I had to start trawling Yahoo Japan / eBay / Webike Japan / Tyga to start purchasing various goodies and and refresh the engine as I didn't know the history as it was imported from Japan.

Fast forward to now, the engine was rebuilt and tuned by Stephen @ GT Performance Engineering, crankcase tuned to F3 specification, Cylinders decked, optimised & ported, new crank, HRC jet kit and give the engine a clean bill of health, she now goes like a scolded cat!!

This is where we are now:

I've added the following set of JHA's:

You would have thought a my age I would have learn't Laughing

This is becoming an addiction to try and locate the NSR HRC goodies!!

Great to see you back on the forum with a new NSR, Mark. It's looking fine too! I'm torn between the OEM MC21 seat and the TYGA one though. Still, nice to have options!

another update on my MC21,

Now I've managed to get my hands on an the following unobtainable HRC 17t input shaft for a dry clutch, so I can start the job of installing my RS250 NF5 HRC close ratio gearbox.

I've got to say a massive thank you to Tim Moricca, who's based in the States for helping me out and selling the input shaft.

so over the winter it's installing the magteks I've acquired and hopefully the gearbox.

once that's all done, I'll need to find another project Laughing
