MC 18 Exhaust Valve Servo

Is this supposed to cycle/turn when the ignition is turned on? If yes, can someone advise how to test the servo unit and for power coming into the servo unit?

The servo will only cycle to the "Lo" position if it was in the "Hi" position when the ignition was turned off. It doesn't cycle like a YPVS servo when you turn the ignition on.

I bought a hard copy from a guy in Spain through E-bay. Cost about $200. Hope i am not contributing to plagiarism of your work Andy.
