Looking for some sage advise

My carbs were rebuilt by a specialist however at that time I didn’t know the default jetting etc
and s they had been seriously dicked around with and full of mismatching shizzle it was rebuilt as close as they could gleen from their vast knowledge base

However after a trip to see Steve Alee he could tell just by listening they were both way out - so given I’ve been told jets etc for it aren’t easy to get hold off – so I’m considering buying these

One left one right – or is this a piss poor idea ? Given most of it won’t be needed

T2 racing do a jet kit for the MC21. Im not too sure if they have one for a 28. Im sure Andy can help.

“Unfortunately we no longer offer a dyno or carb set up service for any bike. I’m sorry I can’t help you with that”

Shame, guess it’s an expense/service that doesn’t make enough money to warranty investment

Digressing now - but thought Spa only did repairs and refurbs, have they got a dyno now ?
Probably one of the closest bike shops to me 👍


Back to Carb kit advice …..
I need it back on the road ASAP so I can ride mine in with Rob when visits Cheltenham 😁

They have had for a few years now. They did a good job tuning and setting up my RD400. I ended up with 50BHP and they think their dyno was under reading.
