Hey,

Its been a long time but I finally got hold of another NSR project bike. This time an MC16 which brings back memories, last time I had one of these I was about 17 years old... long time ago

Inspecting the bike yesterday I noticed that the 2 CDI boxes had been relocated to underneath the pillion seat with extended wiring from the harness near the power valve servo. The rest of the wiring harness looks OEM.

I'm wondering if anyone has images of the OEM wiring harness installed in their bike, specifically the placement of the 2 CDI boxes so that I can look at restoring it back to OEM fitment. Any help appreciated.

If you are a member, the online manual has quite a few pictures of the unit locations in sections 17 to 19. It's in the members section at the top of the forum page. I found I needed to open the non-flash version

I've been looking all around that area for a tab that the cdi holder would attach to, never thought it would be underneath the servo box
