Good day,
I have cleaned the carborator
The power valves have been cleaned and are operational
The dash gives an error code 3
When you kickstart the headlight comes on
New battery was fitted 12 v
When I remove the plug and kick start there is no spark The plugs are wet
Tried to push start the bike but to no avail
I have primed the carbs with some petrol
The bike last ran about a year ago
Can you please advise what the problem can be

Err. 3 is a throttle position sensor error.

You can check the MC28 PGM-IV fault-finding section, specifically Section 19-5, in our Honda approved English Service Manual in the Members' Content area. (You need to click the "non-Flash version" text to access the manual.
