Shock rebuild components needed

I'm going to service a SE shock. I've got no problems getting a seal head or rebuild kit in the states (14mm) but can't seem to find reservoir seals. Reservoir looks to be 40 or 41mm and body is ??? Anyone have info on this?

I took apart a shock about 2 months ago and gave up. If you find all the spare parts please pm me.
