I’ve got a costly problem and I’m hoping you knowledgeable folk have a solution for me.
I ordered a replacement cylinder via buyee a couple of weeks ago and it all went through the process fine and arrived fine. I then ordered a second cylinder (don’t ask) and payed for it and then when it arrived in the buyee warehouse I payed the shipping to the uk, that was a couple of days ago and I’ve just had an email saying they have cancelled shipping and it’s a prohibited item and it cannot be sent using any shipping method and they will discard it if I don’t claim it after 29 days with no refund.
How was the first cylinder allowed (listed as engine parts) but the second one isn’t (also listed as engine parts). I don’t know what to do but I can’t afford to lose it,they did say I could have it shipped to a Japanese address but I don’t know anyone in Japan.
Cheers Chris.
I have a contact in Japan who you can send it to, and he will forward it to you. There will be a fee though. It won't be a lot, but I can't expect him to do it for free.
Thanks Andy I have replied to you. Much appreciated.
After not hearing anything from Buyee for a few days they have now replied and said it is Infact now allowed to be shipped and have posted it out to me!
Think I’ll use a different company in future.
