I am sure I've seen replacement card cases on Yahoo! Auctions in the past, but never a [new] PGM cover. I think that's going to be a case of making the best plastic repair you can and living with it, unless you can score a cheap, totally unrepairable PGM-IV from somewhere/someone, to salvage the cover from.
Saying that, if it is indeed the PGM you are talking about, given the cover is almost complete obscured by the instruments, a good repair should be virtually unnoticeable.
Seen numerous like this repaired over the years. You can't see the damage once reassembled.
