If anyone has rvf forks on their bikes, could you tell me where you had the internals altered to suit the weight of the nsr please? I think i remember someone mention a firm called K-tech in a previous post? If you have experience of the work required, could you please tell me about what you had done, who did the work and how much it cost etc??

although i cant help with the RVF part of things but K-tech are not so far from you....coalville leics, they rebuilt my SP shock and made a fantastic job with a new res for £70. _________________ MC21SP - Roth-tax

To be honest I wouldn't touch them... The stock NSR springs are 0.66K I think, and the RVF springs are I think 0.70K, although with what felt like firmer damping too. They felt like a nice improvement over standard. _________________ NSR300R - Why did i ever have a 250...
