taking Disc Bolts off!!!

Any hints as to taking disc bolts off, Trying not to damage the disc or wheel???? The disc's are stuck fast, i dont have a heat source, any good tips? help appriciated...

Sounds like too much threadlock or they used a permanent thread lock instead... If you've got access to an impact wrench. that'll sort it. If not, try Yoshimoto's No-rusto-preen, which is a better 'penetrator' than WD. That might help

Not exactly sure what I'd recommend, but it sounds to me like the disks haven't ever been off before, as Honda do use a real strong thread lock on the NSR disks!

Not much help I know, but at least you know what you are up against!

Sorry andy i should ave said its for the RGV i got with the 18, a chap from the rgv forum wanted the front wheel and i cant get the discs off, yeah its original disc, wierd to the look in good nic, and the clocks say the bikes only done 12K miles Rolling Eyes parts of it look like its done 120K lol, I think to save f%^&**king it up ill take it to an engineers shoop, im sure they have someing.....thanks for the help...hands soar Allen keys knackered so not gona try anymore...

Just sell him the wheel and disks complete and be done with it. Buy yourself some new wavy ones instead...
