VFR 400 Swingarm vs NC28 Swingarm

Does anyone know if these are the same swingarm? I have an extra VFR400 single swingarm and will put it up in the calssifieds if they are compatible.

Having just done a search, the NC swingarm is different to the 28, as the shock is off centre on the NC.
