How to adjust RC valves in MC16??HELP

Hi,there!
Just find the new CDI for an MC16.But the exhaust valves not work???
The cdi is good.There are 2 CDIs in.One was broken.But now ive replace it with new.The cables are good.I can't find what is wrong???
HELP??? Question

Are the part numbers of the old and new CDI,s the same? i had this problem on one of my 16s after i fitted a replacement CDI. i never got to the bottom of the problem.

Turn the valve motor my hand to fully open, start the engine and see if the motor returns to closed. if it does not return check the wiring.
