Looks like justice is going to being served real cold to this guy.
Probably end is prosecution and cost him much more than a few days pay.
Too bad, 159mph to 'get the feel' of the car is bull. He was having a good time - with public property.
At this sort of speed, most forces will abandon a pursuit and opt for a follow - in the interests of public safety and even doing something like containment training the speeds stay to about 140 - 150mph.
I can't see any real reason for this being considered as 'acceptable'
