Hmm... Not wonderfully easy but can be done in front of the TV with a beer.
You need either a correct bearing puller or more readily available the following:
Hammer
Large falt blade screwdriver
Long shaft punch kit
The bearings sandwich a large spacer. You need to basically tap away at each bearings inside face until a sufficiently large gap appears. Best thing to do is place the wheel on a bench, and see if you can twist the spacer at all. It may already be reasonably loose. You need to gently tap away at the bearing on one side 1st of all until you have enough of an edge to give it some brute force.
Eventually the spacer will fall away, and you can easily tap the bearings out.
If anyone has an easier method than let me know!!
When you come to put them back post another message...

Thanks for the tip. I got the bearing removed and replaced with the help a couple of 2x4's, a hammer, screwdriver, some socket bits, and a bearing puller. It wasn't too hard at all.
