?'s for NSR Motor Guru's

Pic 1. I'm taking out the kick start gear. Want to know if anyone has taken the gear I'm pointing to in the first picture and cut the center out and just used it as a spacer for the shaft it is on??

Pic 2. The gear on the triangle plate what is it for? The bolts on mine where very hard to get out is that normal??

pic 3. I have been trying to clean up the intake track and was wondering if the area behind the crank should be smoothed out as well ??

The pictures can be found at the link below bottom row mc21 motor?

Thanks
Steve

Steve,
why dont you just get the HRC shift shaft hole plug? They are really cheap!

Just take the gear off. No problem.

The triangle thing is the oil pump as already said and runs off the clutch. Leave that in situ.
