Rear head on front cylinder

Mon May 08, 2006 3:33 am » Post: #1 » Download Post

Well my mc21 is up and running Very Happy ( After a year Sad ). I did the rear head conversion while it was apart. I found out today that the front sparkplug wire is too short to reach the sparkplug from the stock mount. I was thinking of making a longer mount for the coil to mount on.

What other options do I have to fix this problem ?

If you use th eshort plug and cap, the lead is just long enough! Wink

When I first did mine, before using the HRC parts, I simply cable-tied (tie wrapped) the coil to the clutch cable.

Hey Andy is there a shorter plug than the BR9ECM ? Is it the plugs they use in the RS250?

The spark plug sure looks close the front tire Laughing
