Anyone know if the HRC airbox would be worth buying?
anyone have experience with one? Was there much of a power gain?
was it hard to jet?

really want one but it looks like the standard box won't fit on my bike.
the bottom back of the standard box hits the Ohlins shock. the ohlins spring sits alot higher on the shock than the nsr shock. But like Andy told me, since mine is a 21 with the proarm conversion it could be I have a VFR swingarm instead of a 28.

I had to make a mercy dash to Portsmouth today, so the first boxes still aren't ready. I'm busy tomorrow (Friday) too, but I will get them finished over the weekend.

Looking good though, even if I do say so myself!! Smile

so are they FRP, or something else? I know the HRC one on my MC28 is made out of plastic which is nice as it lefts it flex so it goes in nice and easy.

These are fibreglass (unless you are Sateside, then we make some special ones in glass fiber!). They are light too at only 180g, and have some flex in them.

Naturally they don't flex quite like the HRC ones, but then again they are 1/2 the price and (almost) actually available!! Wink
