I now have a small collection of mc16 and 18 barrels doing nothing so who is the best at replating these? Also if i have a slight score in the barrel does it need reboring i can't hone it out or does a rebore get done when they get replated.

Difficult to say, and most folk will advise you send it to someone like Apex leisure, or BDK so that they can sedn them on to be replated. That way if there's a screw-up, the third party will pick up the tab, not you.

I've used Langcourt twice before, and they've done one good job, and one half decent job which I returned and had put right promtly.

They have a website: www.langcourt.com

I`ve used Aptec in the past. When I was racing, was over 10 years ago though.

I`ve not heard anything bad about them ever.
