new crankcases
new crankshaft
pistons and rings
forkseals
swingarm bushes
fork sliders polished
brakes
engine mount rubbers
frame repolished
swingarm polished
exhaust hangers chromed
fairing stay chromed
all new fairing brackets and screws
exhaust pipes/end cans refurbished

still got a lot to do but all being well should be on the road next week

Cool, as but i have a gripe!!!! change the foot pegs, original ones will look MUCH better, Love it, looks so clean.pipes are V nice. You gona drag it over to donnington on the 2nd of October? Mines BACK But now its fecking Raining

im not sure who made the cans but looking about i think they could be MFactoryWest the pipes are just standard honda shot blasted and repainted with plastikote bbq paint.

yep changing the foot pegs is one of the jobs still on the list ! if anyone has a set spare let me know. as for getting over to donnington ill have to see if there is any cash left in the pot after the insurance tax and mot. and if i can get there (cough cough mick )

looks nice, did you do the polishing yourself?

I don't think thoughs are M-factory west cans the rivets are to big. On my M-factory cans they have six smaller rivets. They still look really nice.

not all of it had to send the swingarm in for polishing because i couldn,t get the inside with my machine. (ex-machine now)

Hey, you missed a spot! LOL. Just kidding, that is one seriously clean bike - certainly puts mine to shame. Is that blue anodized bit coming off the speedometer a kph to mph converter? If so, does it work well?

yep it is a kph to mph converter works ok so far not had any speeding tickets yet
