connecting HRC delimiter

Wed Aug 02, 2006 6:10 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

there is no orange/blue wire on the input side of the HRC delimiter.
did you guys leave the orange/blue wire from the main harness out or should it connect to something?

There is and orange/blue that is on the output.
I know the main harness the green wire form the white connector is spliced with the orange /blue from the black. so Iam I correct to assume the HRC box does the splicing and I can just leave out the orange blue from the circuit?

it feels a bit stronger in first and second, but it still won't rev 9000rpm in 3rd and higher.

like I posted in my jetting thread, it's a bit rich but doubt it would be so rich it wouldn't rev out. when I let off on the throttle it dosen't rev any harder so I doubt it too rich.
I am thinking it's more due to the mismatched heads on the bike.
it's a SP engine with a R front head.
the front cylinder has 110psi while the rear is 120.
what do you think?

Well it'd be better if they were matched, but 10psi difference isn't that drastic.

Have you had it on a dyno?

Has any other wire splicing been done?

no I just matched up the harness to the HRC unit.
Haven't had a chance to get this one on a dyno yet.
