They are pretty rare, and the ones that are there are usually pretty corroded. It is best to get them from Mainland Japan.
You can send a bike on the ferry from Tokyo to Naha (?) for about $150, last time I checked a few years ago. It is WELL worth it. _________________ Paul Herr

You can check yahoo japan. Also, Jamie had had a couple real nice bikes for sale, but I don't know exactly where he is in japan. _________________ james

Jamie is in Nagoya on the Mainland. He is a couple hours drive South-West of Tokyo.
There are a few real good Japanese catalogs you can pick up. One of them is called Goo Bike. They usually have a real huge "for sale" section with good color pics.
Yahoo! Auctions is your best bet for a great deal, though. It is a little difficult to setup, as it is all in Japanese, but I used to have an account. They charge you a monthly fee just to be a member, but I found it well worth it. _________________ Paul Herr
