Went with a couple of friends to ride in the Smokey Mountains and down the Blue Ridge Parkway. Ended up doing about 350 miles in Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia on Saturday. I'm a bit stiff this morning but nowhere near as bad as I thought I'd be. The NSR performed flawlessly except for the near dead battery. Made the ride back to my friends house a bit hairy in the dark and rain. Swapped out bikes at times just to break up the day a bit. Had fun on both an '87 VFR750 and '00 Aprilia Falco but was much more comfortable on the NSR. My friends were pretty impressed with both the handling and power of the NSR. All in all a nice weekend with the NSR.
Ooh I'm jealous! Fab roads round there, it's just the lack of drinking establishments that lets the place down. _________________ MC21SP Plaything

sounds like fun. I am actually going up to the dragon this weekend. Won't have an NSR since my only one is a race bike.
Not sure what I will bring yet, but what ever I do bring it will be slow I am sure (not much to select from in the garage for fast street riding ). _________________ Charles Gallant
