Looking for an engineer

As title suggests, I'm looking for a reliable trustworthy engineer that could turn up a new steering stem and fit to a set of K4 GSXR600 yokes for fitment to my MC21. Can anyone recommend somebody that will get it right first time? (in the UK) Any help appreciated Very Happy
