Cleaning air filter

NOOB question. What do people find works best when cleaning air filters?

I don't bother Razz

I just go to clarks rubber and find an offcut of some foam that looks similar to what's in the airbox, cut it to shape, soak it in some filter oil and run that for another 5000k's or until it looks icky and then get some more.

new air is best MC21 part number 17211-KV3-830 from your local dealer

And only around £10 uk so think thats about $15AUS

i wash mine in petrol ring it out let it dry fully then put some gear oil on it and ring the excess out costs me pence Very Happy
