Honda Japan Ph#? PGM IV card needed.

I just sold my 95 MC28SP and the guy wants the stock PGM IV card so he will have an odometer/speedometer(I do not know why, he just does). I know people who speak Japanese but can't seem to find a dealership ph# to call them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Call Craig @ Redline 510.523.1366 I'll bet he can get a card if anybody can. But they aren't cheap from what I hear.
