I think the extrusions used for the main spars are a bit of a giveaway - It's a Spondon chassis, belonging, I think, to Steve Jago...

Not sure it's Mr Jago's though. His runs a dry clutch set-up - from a 3XV-SP I think. Very nice whosever it is, though
