I've got an NSR engine here for sale gearbox and all. It's out of an 89 model or something...... the type with the straight swingarm.....It's a dry clutch model if that makes any difference.
Apparently it's a MC18 SP Terra motor.
The speedo has 43000 kilometres on it so I'm guessing this is what the motor has done.
The front cylinder is stuffed (broken ring and some bore damage) but it runs surprisingly well on just the rear cylinder. (starts first kick). I've also got few other bits and pieces.... carbs, wiring loom, black box, regulator, some nice looking mufflers and expansion chambers, radiator, overflow bottles, coils etc etc Basically I've removed the engine so that I could use the rolling chassis for another project.
I've got to get rid of all this stuff otherwise it's going in the bin. I'm not an expert on NSR's so I couldn't say what bits fit other models.
I'm in Melbourne Australia and don't mind posting overseas or breaking the motor for postage.
