If fitting to stock chambers, the mounting holes need a tiny bit of relieving to allow th ecans to bolt up.

The fitment is common to many of the race pipes however.

Generally you need to slot the holes. This can be done with a round file and a bit of huffing and puffing. Not a big job.

Andy's right, there can sometimes be a bit of a difference between manufacturers. Jha's are the biggest pain 'cos their's are up side down Confused

Perhaps an opening for the NSR World shop... Small alloy adaptor donuts for mating after market cans to Stock pipes?

The cans already have a reversable end-cap with two different bolt patterns, that fit the vast majority of aftermarket (and many OEM) expansion chambers.

It's that crafty Honda 1mm (Matt and Steve will know what I mean!) that's needed to get cans to mate up to the stock NSR chambers - the sneaky buggers!!
