I find the best way to translate is to open a babblefish window

And just highlight the whole page (or whateva) cut and paste and hit translate
Get some interesting results sometimes, but usually, spot on

and there is also Google Language Tools

http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en

past in the URL you want translated, select the from/to language and hit the translate button (Babblefish also does websites as well).
