Hi all,



I have recently bought an MC18 and want to derestrict it. Accord to the nsr-world.com tuning section there is a wire that can be disconnected to derestrict it. Can anyone tell me where the wire is because Ihave taken the seat unit off and connot find it.

Andy hasnt quite finished the part for that model yet. The single wire is only for the early MC18.

For the R5k and R6k model its the same as the MC21 but without the GPS part. ie orange/blue cut and soldered to the black/white. You'll find that under the tuning section.

Funnily enough, I finished writing that up last night but forgot to bring the update into work with me this morning, so I'll upload it tomorrow!

As Stephen says, the black/blue wire is for the earlier models (R2J/R4J); the later ones need the same wire-splice as the MC21's.
