power dilevery- is she suppossed to kick and pull?

hi guys,
i have a mc-16.........
wanted to know how the power delivery should feel when the power valves open at about 7000 rpms.........
should i be feeling a kick up my backside and feel all hell brake loose.......
or should it be as linear and tractile as she feels rite now........
its almost like a fourstroke i daresay( feeling awful..... Sad

).......
or am i just expecting too much from the bike;she is 20 yrs old afterall????????........

The rc valve gives you a smoother power delivery by adjusting the shape/timing of the exhaust port.

On my MC16 it pulls well to 7500rpm then goes flat for 1000rpm and pulls again me and a mate managed to smooth it out abit by adjusting the program on the controler.

Shes designed to go round corners realy.
